Tendencies and finish in pastry and the new cuisine

Cup Cake: Sponge in the form of a fairy cake enriched with coloured butter capsules on the top. A genuine delight, the upshot of the creativity and imagination of our professionals, with a filling similar to those of Berlys’ Körfest Muffin products.

This image shows Cup Cakes made during a Berlys training course in Galicia using the Berlys Muffin and the Portuguese specialty bolo de arroz, with coloured capsules.

The butter cream is made with ½ kg of icing sugar and ½ kg of butter, all beaten together with a few drops of vanilla aroma and colourings, placed in pastry bags with different nozzles.
