Pan cuadrado cristal
We are extending the range of Pan Cristal with a new product combining tradition with innovation; the Cuadrado Cristal. The bread stands out for its soft, honeycombed crumb and thin, crisp crust, making it an essential option for hospitality and restaurants.
Baked in a stone-sole oven, the bread is a product with a very moist dough and is “Clean Label”, meaning it is free from additives and preservatives.
Serving suggestions:
Perfect for breakfast, accompanied by extra virgin olive oil, tomato and Maldon salt.
Ideal for snacks and special sandwiches, or as the base for Iberian preserved meats, cheeses and delicatessen specialities.
It is also an excellent option for slicing and toasting, perfect as a base for sauces and creams.
Preparation:
Without oven: defrost for 30 minutes, open and toast in a salamander or grill for 2-2 minutes.
With oven: defrost for 30 minutes and bake for 4-5 minutes at 180ºC.
Without defrosting: bake from frozen for 6-7 minutes and allow to rest before serving.
